Robin was unbelievable. She was available with either a call or a text or an email to answer so many questions I had. She helped me wire my money to the closing attorney for the down payment she came to my house to help me wire the money for the cost of the property I was buying. All along I had questions and she answered the mall and got back to me very promptly. She’s amazing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Because we had been in our home for 34 years, we were a little out of touch with the process of selling our home. Wow! Our experience from the initial meeting until the closing could not have gone any better! Robin was recommended to me by a coworker who knew she was very familiar with the area. I met Robin and I could immediately tell that she not only cared about her clients as people, but that she genuinely wanted to find me a home in my price range that would suit my needs. I had an extenuating circumstance where I found myself suddenly in need of housing, and I wasn't even sure that buying a home would be an option. Robin connected me with several lenders who quickly approved me for a mortgage. My budget was low and most of the houses in my price range were falling apart or quickly purchased in cash by an investor. I was fighting an uphill battle every day with a very tight deadline. Robin went above and beyond to show me houses most people would refuse to walk inside. A Realtor with Robin’s experience, knowledge, established presence in the market, and negotiating ability does not have to waste their time looking at run-down properties. Robin could easily stick to selling multi-million-dollar homes in perfect condition. She didn't have to step over roaches and walk across broken floorboards, but she did. She gave me the same dedication and attention to detail as she would a client whose commission is more than my annual income. She was quick to communicate and answer questions. She was on-top of new listings within hours of them posting. When time came to make an offer, she helped me weigh options and offered advice. I could not have done this without her. I am absolutely certain I would not be living in my home if I had chosen to work with anyone but Robin Palmer.
