With his guidance, we realized this was the right home for us: walking distance to downtown Alpharetta and Avalon, in a great neighborhood, and a place where we could genuinely see ourselves starting our family. Carlos also negotiated meaningful concessions, helped secure a one-year appliance warranty, and continued helping us even after closing, including sending us information about an existing warranty issue with our windows. We’ve now been in the house for about a month, and every day we’re happier with the decision we made. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Carlos on our side. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing you in a major decision, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with him again.
