I did not know Heather but contacted her about listing my home for sale after receiving an information mailing from her about her, her brokerage company and sales of homes in my neighborhood including hers and by others. She responded promptly and met with me at my home and provided significant information about the market value and proper asking price for my home and detailed marketing plan. She arranged and paid for professional pictures of the exterior and interior of my home and assembled a very professional "listing brochure".
