I introduced Angela to my brother since I had experience her skills first hand in the past. She showed concern and skill in helping my brother find the home that would meet the needs of his family. She exhibited patience and compassion after he looked at numerous homes and realized later that he was allowing his emotions to get in the way. She guided him back to the original purpose of seeking a new home. She showed confidence and strength as she negotiated his concerns to the selling agent.

From the time I met Angela, I was impressed with her knowledge, energy, and her ability to communicate with us regarding our specific interest and needs. She worked hard to explore the communities that were our top choices. She showed patience as we went from one property to the next and gave us personal time for decision making. Angela is an enthusiastic and warm person. She communicates well with her clients and others involved in our hone purchase. She is an asset in her field and to her coworkers.

My experience with Angela as my seller's agent was great. She was well versed in her field and very accessible and encouraging through the entire process. Her professionalism, expertise and dedication are commendable.

Dionne was recommended by the top selling realtor in Texas. He assured me that by using her services I would not only sell my home for top dollar but learn more about selling process. I hated the thought of "doing" it all over again. What I found in Dionne was a guide to preparing the home for showing and sale. It was hard work! However, Dionne walked me through 186 vital steps to being a successful seller. I believe that was the 1st step in becoming my Friend. She contonually demonstrated her knowledge and proficiency as a Realtor [Broker]. No question was too small or insignificant. Explanations erte given without making me feel dumb or pushy for asking. The best part was knowing why we ordered an appraisal, home inspection, and professional pictures. I think the day we sunk the sign was the best day, ever! I witnessed Dionne fight for the my asking price against looky loos and lowball offers. She even managed to keep me calm and motivated through a closing fiasco. Sitting at closing (7/13) was the best ending to a professional relationship and much needed and the joyous beginning to one of the best friendship I could ever ask for.
