Needed a Broker; found a Friend..Win Win!!

Dionne was recommended by the top selling realtor in Texas. He assured me that by using her services I would not only sell my home for top dollar but learn more about selling process. I hated the thought of "doing" it all over again. What I found in Dionne was a guide to preparing the home for showing and sale. It was hard work! However, Dionne walked me through 186 vital steps to being a successful seller. I believe that was the 1st step in becoming my Friend. She contonually demonstrated her knowledge and proficiency as a Realtor [Broker]. No question was too small or insignificant. Explanations erte given without making me feel dumb or pushy for asking. The best part was knowing why we ordered an appraisal, home inspection, and professional pictures. I think the day we sunk the sign was the best day, ever! I witnessed Dionne fight for the my asking price against looky loos and lowball offers. She even managed to keep me calm and motivated through a closing fiasco. Sitting at closing (7/13) was the best ending to a professional relationship and much needed and the joyous beginning to one of the best friendship I could ever ask for.
