When the appraisal came back lower than the offer on the home, Joel came back to us saying our home was worth the asking price compared to other tomehomes. We trusted Joel and the seller upped to meet where we wanted. I told Joel we trusted his advice which is not easy for me to do but I truly felt that way and it worked out better for us than we could have imagined. Go with Joel and you won't be disappointed.
