Erin Kummet was our realtor for the sale of our house on Remembrance Trace and she did and does an outstanding job. She told us what to update and what home buyers are looking for in today's market. She helped us stage the house to make it shine in the photographs. She generated a lot of buzz and foot traffic for potential buyers even during the Holiday Season. She was extremely responsive to us as the Sellers and to all potential Buyers who even commented and wrote reviews on that aspect. She knew who to contact when any issues arose during negotiations.
