Barbara is outstanding when it comes to her real estate knowledge, relaying information about the houses we looked at; and keeping us on top of every aspect throughout our process of purchasing a home. Barbara is always very professional as she communicates with other realtors, sellers, bank and title agency personnel- keeping everyone well informed. Barbara is also a “very patient”realtor, never rushing us to make a decision. She very sincerely wants to find the “right house” for her clients. Barbara is not only the best; she has also become our dear friend.

Barb was very responsive every step of way. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us a great deal!

Barb was not only an agent for us but also a fantastic person who assisted us throughout the whole process of buying a house. She showed immense patience, and we were truly grateful to have her by our side. Thank you, Barb.

It was a pleasure working with Chris throughout the home-buying process. He was helpful, responsive, and available when we had questions. We appreciate his support in helping us find and close on our new home.

Professionalism Communication

Chris was great to work with, we had a really short timeframe in order to move and find a home that fits the needs of our growing family and he went the extra mile to make sure we found it! Great communicator and he is on your side throughout the whole process which is so important when you're a first time home buyer!

I'm a huge fan of Brooks. He was introduced to use through mutual friends, and he lived up to their very high words of praise. Brooks was patient, competent, and reassuring through our house buying process. He has continued to be a source of quality information and help even after closing. He is also a source of great gifs. Highly recommended!

Brooks is a fantastic and knowledgeable realtor. Brooks assisted my wife and I in both purchasing and selling a property. During both experiences, Brooks provided an extremely sophisticated knowledge of the local market, was never pushy, and advised with a level head. Brooks can be trusted to get you through either a Buyer or Seller process with comfort and ease. Also note that Brooks successfully sold our home both during winter and during a very slow real estate market with limited days on the market. He uses his connections, social media, and the resources of his team to quickly and successfully get it done. Bottom line.

Brooks gave regular updates and recommendations to help with the sale and provided feedback on plans and offers. He also provided resources for maintenance and repairs. Additionally, he made himself available to provide access to service-people.

Working with Tima was a pleasure. She is incredibly smart and personable. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding. She provided clear, data-driven insights that helped guide every decision. What really stood out was her responsiveness—no question ever went unanswered for long, and I always felt like a priority. Most importantly, she delivered results. Thanks to her expertise and strategy, I was able to achieve a top price. I highly recommend Tima to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and results-driven real estate professional.

From start to finish Tima worked to make sure we felt comfortable through the house search and buying process. Even when several hurdles popped up during our buy, she kept us informed and worked through the issues to get us our home!

Tima was the most professional agent I’ve met. She made home buying fun! I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.
