We had an outstanding experience working with Jane Kuraly. I was recommended Jane by my daughter and son-in-law who also used Jane for their new home in Powell, Ohio! We decided on relocating from Pennsylvania to Powell Ohio to be close with our family, especially our granddaughters! Jane and I met and discussed what we were searching for! She quickly hooked us up with MLS listings that we could review. We actually found our New to Us Home on Redfin and traveled to Powell for a weekend of visits that Jane organized! The 3rd house was the charm on the first day!!! Jane advised us throughout the entire process with her knowledge and professionalism to ensure that we were definitely meeting our goals of home ownership in Powell, Ohio! If you want someone deeply knowledgeable about Dublin and specifically Muirfield then Alli is your realtor. We were selling an inherited property in need of a lot of repairs that we didn’t want to make — especially since one of us lives out of state. When other realtors were telling us otherwise, Alli knew how to price it to sell quickly without having to take cuts in price later like we saw other similar properties doing. There weren’t any recent comps to help price it but because she knows the market this wasn’t an issue. She was able to look past at how much work was needed to be done and saw the potential of the property. She really was selling the home’s potential more than anything. She had our best interests and knew when to push back on unusual conditions requested by the buyers agent. She is familiar with Muirfield HOA requirements, which was helpful and guided us on what baseline repairs we needed to make before we went to market. Alli understood that it was also an emotional sale for us because we were selling our mom’s home of 40 years. And she also connected us with additional resources including a contact for an estate auction. We would highly recommend Alli and ask her to represent us again if the need arises.
