She knew the market well enough we were able to get multiple offers within several days and at a level that seemed appropriate for the property. Once we were under contract we moved to closing within 30 days. We were well satisfied with the process. I have seen other houses lingering on the market recently indicating the pricing may not be appropriate for the property and current market conditions.
