When I initially wanted to buy a house Dan was very excellent at communicating options, next steps, and follow through all the way from offer letter to closing. Knowing the local area and my preferences, he continuously provided me with listings and was very receptive and supportive of my decisions. I appreciated Dan’s help so much that I referred him to a close friend needing help finding a realtor for his first house purchase as well.
