When I initially wanted to buy a house Dan was very excellent at communicating options, next steps, and follow through all the way from offer letter to closing. Knowing the local area and my preferences, he continuously provided me with listings and was very receptive and supportive of my decisions. I appreciated Dan’s help so much that I referred him to a close friend needing help finding a realtor for his first house purchase as well. I knew I could trust Dan to take care of them and he reinforced that trust by helping them through closing as well. I can not commend Dan enough with his help and maintaining professionalism during every roadblock we encountered.
