Robb Harrison seemed to have an excellent knowledge of of the market at any given time. He explained to me why my house wasn't selling at the price we had listed at first. He suggested that we lower the price to get more potential home buyers to look at it. The strategy worked to attract the people who bought my house.

Donna Watson is an excellent realtor! Initially, she had contacted me by mail expressing sympathy at the loss of my mother. Then she provided some information for me if I was considering selling my parent's home. My husband and I met with Donna and her husband Gary. Donna communicated with us the process for selling the home in an efficient manner, going over paperwork and details. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer to your question, is proficient in finding out the details and communicating in a timely manner. She is not pushy and is a kind person who listens intently. Moreover, she was extremely accessible and responsive to our emails, texts, calls, and requests.
