444 real estate agents in The Villages

We had our Florida home in The Villages listed for 6 months with the first agent. We had little communication and felt deflated from our experience. After searching for a new agent, we came accross Holly's page. We read her reviews and decided to reach out. From that moment forward, we felt like we mattered. She communicates clearly, effectivly and often. She makes you feel important and prioritized. Within a few weeks, we had offers (as a side-note, these offers came in the most off-season time for Florida-summer). Our home closed a month later-no issues. Holly will guide you, support you and keep you in the loop. If you are searching for the best agent - look no further. Take my advice. You will not be dissappointed. Smooth, easy and fun. She also has a dynamic personality. Thank you Holly Schmidt! We adore you! The Ackermans
