Cannot express our gratitude with Regina and her staff. It was the best experience having them sell the house. Katy helped me buy my house 5 years ago and protected me from an overly zealous seller. So I asked her to list my house when it was time to move. It was a very down market and I had needed to move early in the process. Katy was fabulously helpful handling the many little details that needed to done, but I was out of state and couldn't do. And she managed to find the perfect buyer willing to pay a reasonable price. She couldn't have done any more for me throughout.

Cheri was patient and caring and knew her stuff. She was pleasant when meeting us at the houses and allowed us plenty of time to walk around. In the end after looking at about 10 houses we found the one that suited us the best and Cheri was there to get this transaction written up and complete. She advised us with an inspector for a smooth process.
