A Great Experience

After a less than pleasant experience with a VLS inexperienced agent I was recommended to Jim McCallum MLS. I could not have asked for a better agent to find my perfect retirement home. Jim listened to my wants and needs to find my new home. Because he lives in the Villages his knowledge really helped in making my choice. The best part is after closing he has followed up several times, helping me with the transition. I highly recommend using Jim as your MLS agent.

Knowledgeable hardworking real estate team

Marc and Debra Davis were brought to my attention via my daughter’s friend from CA who is a realtor. She did some research and came up with the Davis team. I met with them and thought “yes” I think they were going to be perfect. They staged my home beautifully. It is a beautiful home with a fantastic view and they made it the home you would love to own and enjoy in your senior years. It had a peaceful and relaxing feel. The couple who purchased it were given the help and support necessary to close and move in in just 15 days. For me it was like being in a whirlwind.
