I worked with Donna to sell the home of my mother. While I spent time in Ocala readying the home for sale, I do not reside in Ocala so I was an absentee client after the home “went live”. Donna met with tradespeople when necessary to ensure that any work that was not completed while I was in Ocala was done in a proper manner. Once the home went on the market, Donna kept me up to date on how sales were going in the area, comments received regarding the home, if there were items that might enhance the home, etc. She also, after my mom passed, assisted with getting me the information I would need to make sure the closing went smoothly. Donna’s name was given to me by a neighbor of my mother’s. I had already interviewed two agents. When I met Donna, I knew right away that I would be signing a contract with her. She is very familiar with the area my mother lived in and steered me to marketing the house the best way. Donna was fantastic to work with. She always kept us informed of any issues that came up. When there was some confusion about a mysterious offer that would have bumped us out she immediately cleared it up in a very short period. That was awesome because we were a bit upset but it was resolved fast. And honestly I cannot think of one instance that we were confused or upset about anything during the complete process. And we felt all along that Donna was truly a very nice person and always had a friendly tone. She also helped answer questions and actually went out of her way to find out information for me that helped solve an issue with a previous roofing contractor.
