Being over 1000 miles away, Donna took time to the time to develop a relationship with me during the probate/sale process of my father's winter home. She didn't try to bring a sell quick low ball offer and was also helpful in other issues that were difficult for me to take care of. She went above and beyond what you would expect. Donna was fantastic to work with. She always kept us informed of any issues that came up. When there was some confusion about a mysterious offer that would have bumped us out she immediately cleared it up in a very short period. That was awesome because we were a bit upset but it was resolved fast. And honestly I cannot think of one instance that we were confused or upset about anything during the complete process. And we felt all along that Donna was truly a very nice person and always had a friendly tone. She also helped answer questions and actually went out of her way to find out information for me that helped solve an issue with a previous roofing contractor. So I would certainly recommend her to anyone and grade her A+++.

Donna communicated with us the process for selling the home in an efficient manner, going over paperwork and details.
