When there was some confusion about a mysterious offer that would have bumped us out she immediately cleared it up in a very short period. That was awesome because we were a bit upset but it was resolved fast. And honestly I cannot think of one instance that we were confused or upset about anything during the complete process. And we felt all along that Donna was truly a very nice person and always had a friendly tone. She also helped answer questions and actually went out of her way to find out information for me that helped solve an issue with a previous roofing contractor.
