I have been involved with numerous real-estate purchases and sales. There are normally a few bumps in the road as you go through process, but I must say using Donna Watson for finding and purchasing of a home for my mother and sister has been by far the most uncomplicated real-estate transaction I have ever been involved in. This particular purchase was a probate sale which tend to be a little more complicated, but Mrs. Watson would always answer any questions and kept us abreast of the developments going through the whole process. What impressed me the most about Mrs. Watson was that when she began having a problem getting return calls back from the title company that was processing the purchase, Mrs. Watson contacted a law firm and briefed them on the situation. The firm promised Mrs. Watson that they could take over the file and have the documents ready for the closing date which was only a few weeks away. Mrs. Watson then contacted both the sellers and buyers to explain the problems with the initial title company and suggested to all that we transfer the file over to the attorneys office to complete. All parties agreed and the closing occurred as schedule and promised without any problems. When was the last time that you've seen a real estate agent stop a problem before it became one? Mrs. Watson and her husband were fantastic through this whole transaction and I will use them again!

Donna is extremely professional and has such a likeable personality. She is very knowledgeable of the market and laws of the state. She’s easy to work with, communicates in a timely manner and is always available when you call her no matter what time of day. She worked closely with us to have her house appraised a second time after the first appraiser never even came to the house.
