From the first time we met with Monica to show us properties in Sarasota, we were quite impressed by her positive demeanor and her professional knowledge. Although we did not conclude on this first tour of properties, nevertheless, when we considered to definitely relocate in Sarasota, Monica was the one we contacted and never regretted it. From day one, Monica had prepared a selection of properties to explore and was very professional and helpful in helping us review and evaluate the properties visited with clear explanations about how to compare and proceed. Rapidly, she was able to narrow down and focus on a shortlist of properties that best suited our wishes and then helped us structure and prepare our offer. Monica, has been there for us all the way through the process, making it very smooth and painless until the closing. WE DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONICA.
