As a first-time home buyer, I had endless questions, all of which were quickly and patiently answered. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. Kim went out of her way to explain things to me and took care of my home-buying as if I were a part of her family. As a perfectionist, I respect Kim's hard work and dedication to my home. She also managed to save me quite a bit more than I could have hoped through her guidance. Thank you so much!

Unlike other realtors that we have used to buy and/or sell homes, Kim followed our interests and focused accordingly. She also is prompt, timely, and responsive to the many administrative intricacies of paperwork and coordination with lawyers, real estate agents, and home inspectors. Best realtor we’ve ever used….. she’s always on point!

This is the second time that we’ve used Jody as our realtor. This time we had the added bonus of having her daughter Amber support us as well. Both times, we had a very positive experience. Jody is personable and responsive, and is a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Jody and Amber as realtors for anyone who is either a buyer or seller. They did a terrific job marketing our home in Sarasota and we were happy with the end result.
