I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Jodi is full of market knowledge, she is prompt, available, communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. She is personable and supportive throughout the selling and buying process. She also has renovation/ construction knowledge and experience so was a great resource when we considered buying properties that needed updating. We are so glad we met her and worked with her!
