Navy vet, moved from MD to Florida, Erica and Ariana did virtual walkthroughs on multiple properties for me, met with my family to do walkthroughs as well. I have never purchased a house without having been physical in the house but this duo made me feel comfortable and handled everything from walkthroughs, inspections, dealing with extras like fencing and being the lynch pin between myself, the builders and the sellers. The communication was unmatched, and there wasn't a question they couldn't answer in a timely manner and with expertise and great detail. I arrived in town seen the house personally for the first time the day I closed on the house and I was in awe of how great the house looked and how excited I was. They always found time for me and my family, had all the answers. I couldn't be happier with with the home or the experience. Top notch, professional, kind and caring.
