I have never purchased a house without having been physical in the house but this duo made me feel comfortable and handled everything from walkthroughs, inspections, dealing with extras like fencing and being the lynch pin between myself, the builders and the sellers. The communication was unmatched, and there wasn't a question they couldn't answer in a timely manner and with expertise and great detail. I arrived in town seen the house personally for the first time the day I closed on the house and I was in awe of how great the house looked and how excited I was. Experience was very good! She was very knowledgeable, flexible, and able to answer every question that I had. Especially as a first time home buyer I never felt pressured and she asked the questions to the property managers that I wouldn’t have known to ask!
