Could not have been a better real estate business experience

We did a little house shopping with Kari a few weeks ago. After looking at a couple of properties, Kari asked if we would be interested in a particular property, in a location we had never considered before. During a conversation, sometime later, we asked Kari why in the world would she have recommended that particular property? Her answer was very simple. "Sales people" have no idea as to the importance of listening as opposed to talking. The house and the community was exactly what we didn't know we wanted!
