We did a little house shopping with Kari a few weeks ago. After looking at a couple of properties, Kari asked if we would be interested in a particular property, in a location we had never considered before. During a conversation, sometime later, we asked Kari why in the world would she have recommended that particular property? Her answer was very simple. Kari replied, "I was listening to the both of you". As a lifelong sales professional myself, those words were music to my ears! "Sales people" have no idea as to the importance of listening as opposed to talking. The house and the community was exactly what we didn't know we wanted! Only someone with a deep understanding of their market could give guidance such as this. As we went through the buying process Kari's communication was flawless, her product knowledge extremely thorough and reflected her years in the Real Estate business and certainly earns her the badge of a Veteran of the industry.
