About Kari

Kari Battaglia is a full time Realtor in the Venice/Englewood Florida area and past President of Venice Area Board of Realtors 2017. I am blessed and fortunate to get to do what I love, in the city that I love, and with clients I love to work with. In my experience, a home isn’t a dream home because of its room dimensions. It’s about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is about more than real estate – it is about your life and your dreams. I understand you are looking for a new home, and I want to be the real estate professional to help you. I work with each of my clients individually, taking the time to understand their unique needs and lifestyle, and I want to do the same for you. Before real estate, I developed a career in the stock brokerage industry, focusing on wealth preservation and estate planning for over 18+ years. During that time, I earned a Series 7 License, Series 63 License, Life & Variable Annuity License and served in many positions including Operations Manager in Tampa Florida for over 5 years. In 1995, I married a real estate investor whose father was a successful local home builder in Venice. With my prior business experience in the stock brokerage industry, my husband’s background in real estate, having a family in the home building business, real estate was a natural career move for me. I have been in the real estate business since 1994 as an owner/investor, owning and managing over 46 properties, and built, managed and sold 6 storage facilities. I decided to became a Realtor and help people with their real estate needs in 2009 and have won numerous awards over the years, including Rookie of the Year in 2009, Multi-Million Dollar Producer 2009-2022, RE/MAX 100% Club 2013-2016, and RE/MAX Alliance Group Spirit Award 2015.

Finally, a Real Estate Professional!

We did a little house shopping with Kari a few weeks ago. After looking at a couple of properties, Kari asked if we would be interested in a particular property, in a location we had never considered before. During a conversation, sometime later, we asked Kari why in the world would she have recommended that particular property? Her answer was very simple. Kari replied, "I was listening to the both of you". As a lifelong sales professional myself, those words were music to my ears! "Sales people" have no idea as to the importance of listening as opposed to talking. The house and the community was exactly what we didn't know we wanted! Only someone with a deep understanding of their market could give guidance such as this. As we went through the buying process Kari's communication was flawless, her product knowledge extremely thorough and reflected her years in the Real Estate business and certainly earns her the badge of a Veteran of the industry. We sailed through the process and closed with zero drama. Kari's professionalism and commitment to her clients is breath of fresh air. We are so pleased with Kari's work ethic as well as just enjoying knowing her that we have listed the home we moved out of with her for sale. A Great Experience with Kari Battaglia

We hired Kari twice as our realtor. Once to buy our home and again, five years later to sell our home. We found she knows the real estate market very well, regardless of its situation, and works very hard to meet your needs. She keeps in close touch during the entire process and responds quickly to all your calls. She’s kind, courteous, and has a sense of humor! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!
