I’m Kari Battaglia, a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with NextHome Suncoast, serving Venice and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Kari spent more than 18 years in the securities industry, focusing on wealth preservation and estate planning. She held Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, as well as Life and Variable Annuity licenses, and served in leadership positions, including Operations Manager in Tampa. That financial background still influences how Kari approaches real estate today. Those years gave Kari firsthand experience with property ownership from the other side of the closing table.
