Nancy helped us from the start. She provided guidance and advice when we were trying to decide whether to remodel and modernize the house or sell as is. Nancy helped us find a great contractor, Lombardi Construction LLC, and she was there guiding us from the planning phase through the completion of the project. Again, she put in a lot of time and gave a lot of advice on what is a good return for our dollars invested. Nancy put her heart and a lot of time into getting this house sold. She followed up checking on the property often making sure everything was in good shape. We had a great line of communication with her the whole time. Lastly she was on top of the paperwork, one example is a renewal of a termite bond. We appreciate the advice, the guidance, the information, and all the time and hard work she did for us to get this property sold!
