Again, she put in a lot of time and gave a lot of advice on what is a good return for our dollars invested. Nancy put her heart and a lot of time into getting this house sold. She followed up checking on the property often making sure everything was in good shape. We had a great line of communication with her the whole time. Lastly she was on top of the paperwork, one example is a renewal of a termite bond. We appreciate the advice, the guidance, the information, and all the time and hard work she did for us to get this property sold!
