Nancy helped us from the start. She provided guidance and advice when we were trying to decide whether to remodel and modernize the house or sell as is. She put in a lot of time doing research that helped us rule out some other options that were not as ideal for us. Yep, she was diligent about running the numbers. We decided to do a remodel/ modernization. Nancy helped us find a great contractor, Lombardi Construction LLC, and she was there guiding us from the planning phase through the completion of the project. Again, she put in a lot of time and gave a lot of advice on what is a good return for our dollars invested. Nancy put her heart and a lot of time into getting this house sold. She followed up checking on the property often making sure everything was in good shape. We had a great line of communication with her the whole time. Lastly she was on top of the paperwork, one example is a renewal of a termite bond. We appreciate the advice, the guidance, the information, and all the time and hard work she did for us to get this property sold!

We were relocating from MD to FL. This was during the height of the Real Estate boom. Numerous times by the time I landed at the airport the house/s would be under contract. She would find new ones to look at for me. She is at the top of her game. You won’t find anyone better.

She was willing to show multiple homes and never pressured me into some place that I didn't feel good about. In the end, she found a wonderful place for me and was there with me until I had the keys to move in!
