This is my 3rd experience buying a home and she has been the most responsive, answering my texts almost immediately or calling me within the hour when needed, helping me get to do tasks done like estimates and ordering the inspection, reaching out to help with homeowners insurance, coordinating with the mortgage company (even when I switched companies) seamlessly and just generally being a support to me. I am very grateful for her help in making this such a quick and smoothe experience for me and my family. I have sold many homes and Kristen stands out as a best broker who commits her work professionally with attention to detail with no fear of hard work. This house was in probate and took one year to go through court process and Kristen was patient and always checking on the house (I live on the other side of the country) and setting up the house for sale.
