I had a lot of questions and if Sue didn't have the answers, she got the answers for me. She was very instrumental in guiding me through my condo buying experience while I was in a different state. She offered great advice for helping me make the best decisions for myself. Sue is a true professional in a tough market. If you need a go getter and a fierce advocate who knows the market and the area inside and out. Mrs. Goldthorp is the who you want helping you to find your forever home. Her Help was and still is immensely appreciated.

Sue Goldthorp was great to work with. She’s extremely organized, detail-oriented, and always on top of what needs to get done. Selling and buying a house at the same time can be a lot to manage, but she handled everything smoothly and helped me close on both properties the same day without any issues. She’s very responsive and quick to follow up, and I always felt like I was getting clear, straightforward answers. No matter how many questions I had, she took the time to walk me through everything and never made it feel like a hassle. Overall, she made a complicated process feel a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Sue to anyone looking for a reliable and professional realtor.
