Sue was easy to work with, but more importantly she was very knowledgeable of the current real estate market, and the geographical area where my property was located. She advertised my property in a manner that attracted several offers quickly. Sale and closing of my property was accomplished in just a few days. I will use Sue's professional real estate marketing skills again, and I do reccomend her to others who may be contemplating sale of real estate.
