Melinda was always available to show my home… she answered all my questions and was very professional. She helped me stage my home so that I would receive the best offers!

We contacted Melinda after 20 years-talk about how she made an impression! We were looking for another condo and she helped us find the perfect one. We then asked Melinda if she could rent our current condo because we were not ready to sell. She found us a wonderful tenant and the transition was seamless. Melinda is professional and a pleasure to work with! We plan to use her for any future purchases but we hope 20 years will not go by. Maureen and Tony Paparazzo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Melinda delivered an exceptional buying experience. She helped me secure an excellent new-construction opportunity, and her market expertise, strategic guidance, and attention to detail truly set her apart. The process was seamless and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend her 100%.

Matt was on our side since the day he picked up the phone. For him it doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is, he will always answer the phone and will answer the questions you might have! That’s a rare quality that not everyone has it! Through out the whole process, he will guide us with his knowledge and always encourage us to ask questions, not just relay on his advice. His persistence on getting the answers to satisfy our questions was admirable. The moment he got the answers, everyone that was involved in the process was getting informed. We are so grateful for his support and quality of service that he provided for us! I am sure that what he did for us, is what he does for anyone that puts his trust in his service. He takes pride in the work he does day in and day out! I would recommend him without a doubt to anyone who wants to do business in the tough real estate market! Thank you Matt for everything!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt for the second time in just a few months, and once again he went above and beyond. He was able to secure a great price reduction and made sure the condo association’s budget was solid, which gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, he handled every hiccup and setback with the bank and the association quickly and professionally, keeping me in the loop the whole time. What really stands out about Matt is his dedication and the care he puts into every step of the process. He’s proactive, easy to work with, and always takes the time to answer questions or offer advice. Once again, thank you very much sir and I look forward to the next one.

I am very impressed with Lynda Brown. She was beyond patient during our numerous property searches and site visits, she demonstrated a mastery of knowledge of Broward County properties and neighborhood-specific details including a brief history of each, and overall demonstrated the ability to find "the right house" for me and my family. She is highly ethical and professional as she walked me through the entire process from presenting initial property listings all the way through being present at the streamlined closing process. I highly recommend and am grateful to her for helping me go from renter to homeowner in the minefield that is real estate in South Florida. I feel if you engage Lynda Brown as your realtor, you will have similar success.

Lynda and Kevin held my hand through the entire process I was always kept me informed of anything that was happening. They are realtors that care. Thank you
