Matt was on our side since the day he picked up the phone. For him it doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is, he will always answer the phone and will answer the questions you might have! That’s a rare quality that not everyone has it! Through out the whole process, he will guide us with his knowledge and always encourage us to ask questions, not just relay on his advice. His persistence on getting the answers to satisfy our questions was admirable. The moment he got the answers, everyone that was involved in the process was getting informed.
