I just recently closed on my second home that I purchased with the guidance and help of Stephen. This was a difficult closing as the seller was representing themselves. That meant Stephen had to basically do double the work not only representing me and my interests, but prodding the seller to actually respond, answer questions and negotiate fair agreements with all of the conditions and exceptions required. And with all that, we were able to close in under 3 weeks. it was incredibly fast and Stephen was on top of everything. He definitely more than earned his commission, and in doing so, will continue to earn my business.

Buying a condo in Ft Lauderdale was a daunting task ! ...I had LOTS of questions/concerns like, - is the market overpriced? - how do I find a deal ? is the condo association financially sound ? how do I protect myself from getting an assessment ? how do I get the right insurance ? You need a pro to navigate a FL purchase. Steve is perfect for challenge. He understands the market... He knows a lot of experts - his team in first rate. He is the kind of guy that will say "let me get back to you on that question" - if he does not know something (rare) - and quickly gives you spot on advice. Thanks to Steve, I found a perfect condo ,that is in great shape financially and exceeds my expectations ! I'm also confident that I paid what is was worth - but no more. Steve is warm, engaging and funny. But more importantly, he is no BS and will protect you as you navigate what can be a challenging purchase. I closed a few days ago - but Steve was at my condo this am - helping me complete some tasks (not his job) - but that's Steve ! I strongly recommend Steve !

You cannot find a more professional and helpful Realtor than Steve Margolis. On two separate occasions, we've had to call Steve and ask, "Can you find us a house to rent... today?" We just completed the purchase of our first home together, and Steve was by our side the entire time. He even made himself available to let contractors into our home while we were out of the country.
