He was very helpful establishing the value of my property as well as having a professional photographer take pictures on the property. He worked with me in conveying the importance of understanding the market and how to manage my expectations as well as those of the buyers. He also helped me with trades recommendations for improvements to the property. Jim, is a very professional and experienced Realtor. His In-dept knowledge of the market and the communities is invaluable. Very well versed with his clients needs and how the market is doing at any given time. Chris Toomey was by far the best agent I have ever used! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Ft Lauderdale real estate. Not just neighborhoods, but I was amazed how much he knows about landscaping, building code, plumbing, roofing, water, electrical ... The list goes on. He knows this business inside and out. But, the best part of my experience with Chris was, that he is constantly going to battle to get you the best price, the best conditions, the best outcome you can possibly have. He is always always in your corner working for you. I was incredibly satisfied with his ability to get every possible advantage for me, right up until closing. I highly recommend the Toomey group.
