The property had an open permit from 2023.  This became more than stressful, but Tomi managed the situation perfectly.  He was great at explaining everything.  His knowledge of permits was impressive.  I also needed some help from Aaron in this matter, and as always they make the perfect team.  I'm extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them both.
