I have used Tomi & Aaron in the past, and I wouldn't think of using another Team.  I was 250 miles from the area, and searching  for a specific Condo.  We found the condo I found to be perfect for my needs, and moved forward with the process.  Once we got to the Title search, and I was already closed on my present property, that is when the knowledge, and experience of Tomi and the Title company that he recommended, and I have used before made the difference. The property had an open permit from 2023.  This became more than stressful, but Tomi managed the situation perfectly.  He was great at explaining everything.  His knowledge of permits was impressive.  I also needed some help from Aaron in this matter, and as always they make the perfect team.  I'm extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them both.

I highly recommend Aaron and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As a buyer who was purchasing a house in another state I had some concerns that it would be a difficult process but Aaron provided excellent guidance. He was knowledgeable about neighborhoods and had excellent relationships that made the process much easier.

We were referred to Tomi thirdhand, via a friend of a work colleague who had moved down from out of state relatively recently. “You’re moving to the Ft Lauderdale/Wilton Manors/Oakland Park area?
