How many agents do you know who are so thorough that they know your needs backwards and forwards before you even look at a property? We looked at a total of two properties and he was right on the Mark with both of them and I ended up buying this one. The follow-through was absolutely incredible. The whole closing was a breeze. This is the second time that I have worked with Andrew and both times have resulted in a sale on the same day. Cannot say enough good about him. I spoke to Andrew on a Wednesday. On Thursday the photographer came. Friday Andrew posted an open house for Saturday. Saturday we got an offer in the afternoon and Andrew had the deal finalized that night. The price was in my acceptable range. I couldn’t be happier with Andrew’s service.
