How many agents do you know who are so thorough that they know your needs backwards and forwards before you even look at a property? We looked at a total of two properties and he was right on the Mark with both of them and I ended up buying this one. The follow-through was absolutely incredible. The whole closing was a breeze. This is the second time that I have worked with Andrew and both times have resulted in a sale on the same day. Cannot say enough good about him. And if I’m ever in the market for another property or wish to list of mine, he’s certainly the person I will be calling on.

From the moment we walked into his open house to the time we signed our papers at closing, Andrew was with us every step of this journey. I met Andrew playing pickleball and he has become a good friend. He listened to what I was looking for in a home and took me on a tour of 10 homes in one morning. It was an eye opening way to see real estate and not one I had done before.

I spoke to Andrew on a Wednesday. On Thursday the photographer came. Friday Andrew posted an open house for Saturday. Saturday we got an offer in the afternoon and Andrew had the deal finalized that night. The price was in my acceptable range. I couldn’t be happier with Andrew’s service.
