The first few minutes after the meeting Andrea, he became very focused on finding exactly what my goals and expectations. He quickly, and thoroughly familiarized himself with my requirements for a property and expectations for the process. He didn't just go through the motions of setting up blanket showings, he drove to pre-qualify the properties before he even suggested I view them. I was knocked out. Within 24 hours he had narrowed down two suitable properties and we made an offer that was accepted on one the next day. His follow up after closing on some repair items has been spectacular.
