This is my second time in 35 days using Olivier as my real estate agent, first buying my new place, and now, selling my old one. Timing was a key factor here, and Olivier found a buyer within 30 minutes of the listing by tracking down potential buyers on his own, and the buyer also ended up using him as his agent in the transaction. Various glitches, one serious, came up, and Olivier stayed on top of absolutely everything and got everything resolved. His expertise and hard work are matched by an authentic good nature and compassion, and he genuinely tries to do his best for his clients. This sale was very important to me, and it turned out to be pretty much a dream transaction, and I really believe that if I had used another agent, things would not have turned out as well. Adela more than exceeded my expectations in every aspect! Always available and able to answer all of my questions. Living 1,200 miles away from my property, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to know if a realtor I hadn’t met would be trustworthy, but I didn’t have to worry about that.
