I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Andrea’s for the past 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that his character is exceptional. He approaches everything he does with integrity, honesty and has a strong sense of responsibility. He is genuinely kind, fair and respectful, you always know where you stand with him, which makes him not only a great professional but also a valued and great friend.

This was my first home sale and Andrea could not have been more patient and knowledgeable in leading me through the process. Unbelievably, he also jumped in to move furniture and prepare the house for sale while I was out of town. Really can’t say enough good about his personal attention and professionalism. Five stars plus plus!

After more than a month of trying to rent out my rental property, I finally decided to use a realtor and called Andreas who had been recommended to me. He is Uber professional and made me feel like I was his most important client. He lined up six or seven well vetted renters within just a few days and I chose the one I wanted. Prior to working with him I was advertising on Facebook and getting responses from a lot of very strange people. This was the first time I had used a realtor but I’ll never try it on my own again. Andreas has also followed up with me several times since my renter moved in and I can’t recommend him enough. Do yourself a favor and call him to see for yourself.

I have used Tomi & Aaron in the past, and I wouldn't think of using another Team.  I was 250 miles from the area, and searching  for a specific Condo.  We found the condo I found to be perfect for my needs, and moved forward with the process.  Once we got to the Title search, and I was already closed on my present property, that is when the knowledge, and experience of Tomi and the Title company that he recommended, and I have used before made the difference. The property had an open permit from 2023.  This became more than stressful, but Tomi managed the situation perfectly.  He was great at explaining everything.  His knowledge of permits was impressive.  I also needed some help from Aaron in this matter, and as always they make the perfect team.  I'm extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them both.

My family had lived in this home for 53+ years. It was an extremely hard decision to make when we decided to sell. And not being familiar with the process of selling, I was more than a little overwhelmed. But Tomi and Aaron were kind and patient, always there to answer my thousands of questions and explain the process to me. They are very familiar with the neighborhood and kept me apprised of any activity in the area. A lot of memories where made in that home over the years and it was sad to say goodbye. But moving forward, memories will be made elsewhere and Tomi will be helping me find that place. Thank you Tomi and Aaron, for everything.
