The first few minutes after the meeting Andrea, he became very focused on finding exactly what my goals and expectations. He quickly, and thoroughly familiarized himself with my requirements for a property and expectations for the process. He didn't just go through the motions of setting up blanket showings, he drove to pre-qualify the properties before he even suggested I view them. I was knocked out. Within 24 hours he had narrowed down two suitable properties and we made an offer that was accepted on one the next day. His follow up after closing on some repair items has been spectacular. This is a dedicated realtor who loves his job and truly likes to see people get what they want. If you're lucky enough to meet him and your search for a house, look no further. After more than a month of trying to rent out my rental property, I finally decided to use a realtor and called Andreas who had been recommended to me. He is Uber professional and made me feel like I was his most important client. He lined up six or seven well vetted renters within just a few days and I chose the one I wanted. Prior to working with him I was advertising on Facebook and getting responses from a lot of very strange people. This was the first time I had used a realtor but I’ll never try it on my own again. Andreas has also followed up with me several times since my renter moved in and I can’t recommend him enough. Do yourself a favor and call him to see for yourself.
