I just recently closed on my second home that I purchased with the guidance and help of Stephen. This was a difficult closing as the seller was representing themselves. That meant Stephen had to basically do double the work not only representing me and my interests, but prodding the seller to actually respond, answer questions and negotiate fair agreements with all of the conditions and exceptions required. And with all that, we were able to close in under 3 weeks. it was incredibly fast and Stephen was on top of everything.
