Frank is THE condo professional. From photos to finish line. Frank is a full time Fort Lauderdale and beyond realtor. The vendors he works alongside (ie for photos) are top notch. He does what he says he is going to do with professionalism and within timeliness promised. As my listing agent he had no lock box on my door. Frank attended EVERY showing and followed up accordingly often having to educate the montage of other realtors. When other part time Fl realtors show up in cargo shorts and flip flops Frank arrives properly dressed and prepared with the facts to support all making the best decisions for them. Once my home was under contract I was out of the country. Frank personally handled (above and beyond) everything from inspection, setting up my representation and RON so I could execute without returning. He checked on my home and conducted a walk thru that increased the excitement of the buyer. All commitments were met beyond expectations right thru the finish line. Appreciated the experience.
