Tammy has been my family's trusted realtor for 10+ years. Representing my grandparents to my parents and now myself. This is my second home sale and yet the process never gets any less stressful. Tammy made the process seem as if it were a piece of cake. My home was under contract in just over a week and when it came to negotiation, Tammy listened to me and my point of view and never attempted to persuade me otherwise. She took my counters and fought for every dollar until all parties agreed to a deal. If I were asked to highlight one specific instance that impressed me the most, it would be during our negotiation the buyers requested some items to be addressed. I agreed to fix a few of the concerns but was at a stalemate with one specific request. Tammy took it upon herself to cover the expense and to be completely honest, I would have probably passed on the deal if she didn't make that attempt to "think outside of the box".
