Our experience buying a house with Amanda was amazing. She knew a lot about nearly every property that she showed us and was such an advocate when we put in offers on properties. It took quite a bit for us to find the right place for us and Amanda worked diligently from the showings to the closing to make sure that we got to closing with all of our interests being protected. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a home in Florida. If we buy another property Amanda is definitely who we will be working with! From the seller side, with Amanda we received 3 offers in the first 2 weeks when our previous agent got 1 offer in 4 months. Again Amanda stayed on top of everything to make sure the sale made it all the way to closing!
