Joe Godfrey is a dedicated, determined and very informative person. He was able to pull off selling our home quickly enough to purchase our dream home in which it was only 1 of that particular built remaining. He also kept my wife and I up to speed with the whole process from beginning to the end. Any time we wanted to reach him, his response was swiftly. He did not hesitate to come to see us in person even if it was something that could be said on the phone. I feel he puts his all into caring for the needs of his sellers/buyers. To top thing off, his fees that he charges beats most realtors. I would most definitely choose or recommend him every single time.
