We'd been flailing around on our own for a few months until we ran into Rich while inquiring about a particular house. While that didn't work out, he offered to help us and our house hunting and buying journey took off! Within 2 weeks of meeting Rich, we finally found the house we'd end up buying. As people with no clue how to navigate the nerve-wracking process of buying, Rich was there every step of the way. He's a true professional with years of experience - which became obvious working with him. He's friendly. Easy to communicate with. Extremely reliable. We can't recommend Rich highly enough and feel lucky that we got to have him as our agent.

Tim Burke was very well prepared and found our new home in just one day with a 2-week closing date to move in quickly. Thanks, Tim

JoAnn is an terrific, knowledgeable, and really honest agent. She was perfect for us, walked us through every step of first time home buying. She also made sure to lead us away from some poor decisions and made sure to explain why.
